My Titanic book collection

In commemoration of the 100th year of RMS Titanic, I'm sharing here the books I collected over the years waaay before the wreck was discovered in 1985 and the James Cameron film. If you're not familiar with the RMS Titanic tragedy, read more here.

The book that started this collection. I read Walter Lord's A Night to Remember in college in the early 70s. Lord came out with a follow-up book, The Night Lives On.

The book on the investigation of the RMS Titanic sinking
National Geographic Magazine's reportage on the discovery of the wreck of RMS Titanic by Dr. Robert Ballard in 1985.
The latest addition to the Titanic canon which claims to be the definitive story

A book chronicling the sinking and finding of the unsinkable RMS Titanic

Ballard's Discovery of Titanic
Three books by oceanographer Dr. Robert Ballard on his ocean explorations including his discovery of the wreck of RMS Titanic.
An illustrated history of Titanic

Ken Marschall's book of gorgeous drawings of RMS Titanic's cross sections

A large book containing reproductions of ship tickets, etc

Heartbreaking accounts of survivors and the families of the lost
This book contains photos taken during the dives to the wreck of RMS Titanic undertaken by James Cameron and his team of scientists.

Three books related to Titanic, a film by James Cameron.
